Our shipping charges depend on the value of your order and are very competitive. You should receive your order within 3 to 5 working days. We securely pack all goods and ship them using national courier services.

**Important notes when purchasing from Taipec.com**
- We use a third-party courier for deliveries, which can arrive anytime between 07:30 and 17:30. Please ensure you are home during these hours to accept the delivery.
- Currently, we do not provide text notifications for estimated arrival times.
- Our courier will attempt delivery twice. If both attempts fail, we will contact you to arrange the next steps.
- We do not offer Saturday, Sunday, Bank Holiday, AM, or timed deliveries.
B. Damage in Transit
If any goods arrive damaged, please contact us immediately. We will notify the carrier and work with you to resolve the issue. We strongly recommend checking all deliveries visually in the presence of the courier and noting any suspected damage on the delivery receipt.
