Handling & Preparation


Directions for Use

Bring enough water to a complete boil, then reduce the heat just enough to maintain the boiling. Scatter the noodle strands into the boiling water, and cook for approximately 2-3 minutes until done. These noodles can be enjoyed dry or in soup, and you can add your favourite ingredients (such as pig's feet). Adding pig's feet to the noodle soup will enhance the flavour and make it even more delicious. Once opened, refrigerate and use within 30 days.

Store in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight.
