To make 5 bubble tea cups worth of cream foam:
1. Add 20g of cream foam powder, 300ml whipped cream and 200ml of fresh milk to a bowl.
2. Use a hand mixer to whisk them on high speed for 4 to 6 mins, or use a blender for 1min.
4. Prepare your milk or fruit tea.
5. Pour 100ml creamy foam on top of it and serve
* Make at least 500ml volume of creamy foam top at once. It would be easier to whisk.
* Store the creamy foam top in the fridge and use within a day.

Directions for Use
Add 30g of cream foam powder into 900ml of fresh cream then stir to a whipped cream. Immediately re-seal after opening and use within 14 days.
