  • Taiwan green tea
  • Invert sugar syrup
  • Lychee popping bobas
  • Black tapioca pearls

Mix them together for a bright green drink with popping boba and dark pearls.

RECIPE:

  • Brew 5g jasmine tea in 200ml hot water for 7 minutes.
  • Add the tea and 3 ladles (45ml) green apple syrup to a 500ml shaker cup. Add 1 to 2 ladles of invert sugar syrup for extra sweetness.
  • Add ice to the 500ml line and shake for 5 to 7 seconds.
  • Add ½ scoop each of lychee popping bobas and tapioca pearls to a serving cup.
  • Pour in the tea, seal and serve.
