Description
This popular Asian jelly is created with this grass jelly / herbal jelly powder. It is translucent black in colour with a delicate flavour, believed to have cooling properties.
It tastes great in milk tea bubble tea drinks like:
- classic milk teas,
- dark roasted oolong milk tea and
- peach oolong tea.

To make 700g herbal jelly:
- Suggested Ratio: 1g Herbal Jelly Mix Powder (grass jelly powder) to 6ml water
- Use 100g Jelly powder to 600ml boiled water. Quickly stir to dissolve.
- Gently stir for another 2mins to make it even more tasty.
- Store in the fridge after it cools down in a container. Ready to serve once the herbal jelly / grass jelly sets.

Handling & Preparation
Directions for Use
Add 100g of powder into a cup then add 100g sugar and 600ml of boiling water. Stir for 3 minutes, then allow to cool. Immediately re-seal after opening and use within 14 days.
Storage Instructions
Store in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight.
