3 October Fruit Teas, Perfect For The Start of Autumn

The days are becoming shorter and nature is changing colours. These 3 autumn fruit teas are just right for October. They’re light and fruity with a touch of warmth, perfect for those afternoons when the air feels crisp but winter has not yet arrived.

Ingredients

RECIPE 1: Apple Cinnamon Fruit Tea

RECIPE 2: Orange and Ginger Fruit Tea

RECIPE 3: Cranberry & Hibiscus Fruit Tea

Method

RECIPE 1: Apple Cinnamon Fruit Tea

  • Add 200ml of hot jasmine tea to a shaker cup.
  • Add 3 ladles of apple syrup and 1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon.
  • If you like more sweetness, add 1 to 2 ladles of sugar syrup.
  • Stir the mixture with a long mixing spoon.
  • Add ice into the shaker until the liquid reaches the 500ml line.
  • Shake the mixture for 5–7 seconds.
  • Take a serving cup and add 1 scoop of tapioca pearls.
  • Pour the fruit tea into the serving cup.
  • Add a stick of cinnamon and some fresh apple slices.
  • Seal the cup, and it’s ready to serve!

RECIPE 2: Orange and Ginger Fruit Tea

  • Add 200ml of hot jasmine tea to a shaker cup.
  • Add 2 ladles of orange syrup and 2 ladles of ginger syrup.
  • If you like more sweetness, add 1 to 2 ladles of sugar syrup.
  • Stir the mixture with a long mixing spoon.
  • Add ice into the shaker until the liquid reaches the 500ml line.
  • Shake the mixture for 5–7 seconds.
  • Take a serving cup and add 1 scoop of orange popping balls.
  • Pour the fruit tea into the serving cup.
  • Add some fresh orange and ginger slices.
  • Seal the cup, and it’s ready to serve!

RECIPE 3: Cranberry & Hibiscus Fruit Tea

  • Add 200ml of hot jasmine tea to a shaker cup.
  • Add 2 ladles of cranberry syrup and 2 ladles of hibiscus syrup.
  • If you like more sweetness, add 1 to 2 ladles of sugar syrup.
  • Stir the mixture with a long mixing spoon.
  • Add ice into the shaker until the liquid reaches the 500ml line.
  • Shake the mixture for 5–7 seconds.
  • Take a serving cup and add 1 scoop of grenadine popping balls.
  • Pour the fruit tea into the serving cup.
  • Add some fresh redcurrants and orange slices.
  • Seal the cup, and it’s ready to serve!
