3 October Mocktails, Perfect For That Special Occasion

Ingredients
Espresso Hazelnut Mocktail (2 servings)
- 122ml hazelnut syrup
- 14g brown sugar
- 162ml coffee
- 122ml soda water
- 81ml heavy cream
- 1 scoop of chocolate popping balls

Apple Sidra Mocktail
- 1/2 can Apple Sidra
- 1 ladle lemon syrup
- 1 ladle orange syrup
- 500ml sparkling water
- 1 scoop orange popping balls
- fresh apple slices
- fresh lemon slices
Chai Latte Mocktail
- 200ml hot water
- 3 scoops of Thai Milk Tea powder
- 1 scoop of creamer
- 1 scoop of Tapioca pearls
- mini and big marshmallows
- crushed Biscoff
- cinnamon stick
Method
Espresso Hazelnut Mocktail (2 servings)
- In a shaker cup, combine espresso, hazelnut syrup, and soda water.
- Add ice into the shaker until the liquid reaches the 500ml line. Shake until the outside of the shaker is frosty.
- In your serving cup, add chocolate popping balls.
- Pour the liquid in your serving cup or glass.
- In a bowl, whisk cream and brown sugar until soft peaks just barely form.
- Spoon the cream ontop of the liquid.
- Add 2 chocolate pieces on top for a nice finish. Add more if you like.
- If you used a serving cup for takeaway, seal the cup, and it’s ready!

Apple Sidra Mocktail
- Add half a can Apple Sidra to a serving glass or cup.
- Add a ladle of lemon syrup and a ladle of orange syrup.
- Add sparkling water and give it a good mix.
- Add some apple and lemon slices.
- Lastly, add orange popping balls.
- If you used a serving cup for takeaway, seal the cup, and it’s ready!

Fancy Chai
- Add 200ml of hot water to a shaker cup.
- Add 3 scoops of Thai Milk Tea powder and 1 of creamer.
- If you like more sweetness, add 1 to 2 ladles of sugar syrup.
- Stir the mixture with a long mixing spoon.
- Add ice into the shaker until the liquid reaches the 500ml line.
- Shake the mixture for 5–7 seconds.
- Take a serving cup and add 1 scoop of Tapioca pearls.
- Pour the milk tea into the serving cup.
- Add some mini and big marshmallows. If you want, you can toast them a bit.
- Sprinkle some crushed Biscoff and add a cinnamon stick.
- Seal the cup, and it’s ready to serve!
