Method

RECIPE 1: Vegan Cantaloupe Milk Tea

  1. Add 200ml of hot water to a shaker cup.
  2. Add 3 scoops of Cantaloupe powder and 1 of creamer.
  3. If you like more sweetness, add 1 to 2 ladles of sugar syrup.
  4. Stir the mixture with a long mixing spoon.
  5. Add ice into the shaker until the liquid reaches the 500ml line.
  6. Shake the mixture for 5–7 seconds.
  7. Take a serving cup and add 1 scoop of Tapioca pearls.
  8. Pour the milk tea into the serving cup.
  9. Seal the cup, and it’s ready to serve!

RECIPE 2: Vegan Cantaloupe & Strawberry Milk Tea with Cantaloupe Cream Foam

  1. Add 200ml of hot water to a shaker cup.
  2. Add 1.5 scoops of Cantaloupe powder, 1.5 scoops of Strawberry powder, and 1 of creamer.
  3. If you like more sweetness, add 1 to 2 ladles of sugar syrup.
  4. Stir the mixture with a long mixing spoon.
  5. Add ice into the shaker until the liquid reaches the 500ml line.
  6. Shake the mixture for 5–7 seconds.
  7. Take a serving cup and add 1 scoop of Tapioca pearls.
  8. Pour the milk tea into the serving cup.
  9. Whisk 50ml of milk, 75ml of double cream, and 5 to 10g of vegan cantaloupe powder for 2 to 5min.
  10. Once you have tested that the cream foam is thick enough to lie ontop of your milk tea, pour a generous layer on top of your milk tea.
  11. Seal the cup, and it’s ready to serve!

RECIPE 3: Vegan Orange Fruit Tea with Cantaloupe Cream Foam

  1. Add 200ml of Jasmine tea to a shaker cup.
  2. Add 60ml of Orange syrup.
  3. If you like more sweetness, add 1 to 2 ladles of sugar syrup.
  4. Stir the mixture with a long mixing spoon.
  5. Add ice into the shaker until the liquid reaches the 500ml line.
  6. Shake the mixture for 5–7 seconds.
  7. Take a serving cup and add 1 scoop of Lychee popping balls.
  8. Pour fruit tea into the serving cup.
  9. Whisk 50ml of milk, 75ml of double cream, and 5 to 10g of vegan cantaloupe powder for 2 to 5min.
  10. Once you have tested that the cream foam is thick enough to lie ontop of your milk tea, pour a generous layer on top of your fruit tea.
  11. Seal the cup, and it’s ready to serve!
