Ingredients
Vegan Cantaloupe Milk Tea
- 200ml Hot Water
- 3 scoops of Vegan Cantaloupe Powder
- 1 scoop of Creamer
- 1 – 2 ladles of Sugar Syrup *optional
- 1 scoop of Tapioca Pearls
Vegan Cantaloupe & Strawberry Milk Tea with Cantaloupe Cream Foam
- 200ml Hot Water
- 1.5 scoops of Vegan Cantaloupe Powder
- 1.5 scoops of Vegan Strawberry Powder
- 1 scoop of Creamer
- 1 – 2 ladles of Sugar Syrup *optional
- 1 scoop of Tapioca Pearls
- For 5 servings of Cantaloupe cream foam:
- 200ml milk
- 300ml whipped cream
- 20g Vegan Cantaloupe Powder
Vegan Orange Fruit Tea with Cantaloupe Cream Foam
- 200ml Jasmine Tea
- 4 ladles of Orange Syrup
- 1 – 2 ladles of Sugar Syrup *optional
- 1 scoop of Lychee popping balls
- For 5 servings of Vegan Cantaloupe cream foam:
- 200ml milk
- 300ml whipped cream
- 20g Vegan Cantaloupe Powder
Method
Vegan Cantaloupe Milk Tea
- To begin with, add 200ml of hot water to a shaker cup.
- Following that, add 3 scoops of cantaloupe powder and 1 scoop of creamer.
- Moreover, stir in 1 to 2 ladles of sugar syrup for extra sweetness.
- Afterwards, mix thoroughly with a long mixing spoon.
- Next, add ice into the shaker until the liquid reaches the 500ml line.
- Once the ice is added, shake the mixture for 5–7 seconds.
- Meanwhile, take a serving cup and add 1 scoop of tapioca pearls.
- Then, pour the milk tea into the serving cup.
- To finish, seal the cup, and it’s ready to serve!

Vegan Cantaloupe & Strawberry Milk Tea with Cantaloupe Cream Foam

- Furthermore, stir in 1 to 2 ladles of sugar syrup for added sweetness.
- Afterwards, mix thoroughly with a long mixing spoon.
- Next, add ice into the shaker until the liquid reaches the 500ml line.
- Once the ice is in, shake the mixture for 5–7 seconds.
- Meanwhile, take a serving cup and add 1 scoop of tapioca pearls.
- Then, pour the milk tea into the serving cup.
- Subsequently, whisk 50ml of milk, 75ml of double cream, and 5 to 10g of vegan cantaloupe powder for 2–5 minutes in a separate bowl.
- Once the foam is thick enough, pour a generous layer on top of the milk tea.
- To finish, seal the cup, and it’s ready to serve!

- Moreover, stir in 1 to 2 ladles of sugar syrup for extra sweetness.
- Afterwards, mix thoroughly with a long mixing spoon.
- Next, add ice into the shaker until the liquid reaches the 500ml line.
- Once the ice is added, shake the mixture for 5–7 seconds.
- Meanwhile, take a serving cup and add 1 scoop of lychee popping balls.
- Then, pour the fruit tea into the serving cup.
- Subsequently, whisk 50ml of milk, 75ml of double cream, and 5 to 10g of vegan cantaloupe powder for 2–5 minutes in a separate bowl.
- Once the foam is thick enough, pour a generous layer on top of the fruit tea.
- To finish, seal the cup, and it’s ready to serve!
