Ingredients
Vegan Lychee Milk Tea
- 200ml Hot Water
- 3 scoops of Vegan Litchi Powder
- 1 scoop of Creamer
- 1 – 2 ladles of Sugar Syrup *optional
- 1 scoop of Lychee popping balls
Vegan Lychee Soda
- 200ml Hot Water
- 60ml Lychee Syrup
- 1 – 2 ladles of Sugar Syrup *optional
- 1 scoop of Lychee popping balls
- For 5 servings of Vegan Litchi cream foam:
- 200ml milk
- 300ml whipped cream
- 20g Vegan Litchi Powder
Vegan Lychee Fruit Tea
- 200ml Jasmine Tea
- 4 ladles of Lychee Syrup
- 1 – 2 ladles of Sugar Syrup *optional
- 1 scoop of Lychee popping balls
- For 5 servings of Vegan Litchi cream foam:
- 200ml milk
- 300ml whipped cream
- 20g Vegan Litchi Powder
Method
Vegan Lychee Milk Tea
- To begin with, pour 200ml of hot water into a shaker cup to create the base.
- Following that, add 3 scoops of vegan lychee powder and 1 scoop of creamer, mixing well for a smooth texture.
- Moreover, stir in 1 to 2 ladles of sugar syrup for more sweetness.
- Afterwards, after combining the ingredients, use a long mixing spoon to stir thoroughly. After that, fill the cup with ice.
- Once the ice is added, shake the mixture for 5 to 7 seconds to blend everything evenly.
- Meanwhile, prepare a serving cup by adding 1 scoop of lychee popping balls.
- To finish, pour the milk tea into the serving cup, seal the cup, and it is ready to serve.

Vegan Lychee Soda
- To start, add 350ml of soda water to a shaker cup.
- Subsequently, pour in 60ml of lychee syrup and stir to mix.
- In addition, add 1 to 2 ladles of sugar syrup for additional sweetness.
- After that, use a long mixing spoon to combine the ingredients fully. Next, fill the cup with ice.
- Next, shake the mixture for 5 to 7 seconds to mix well.
- Meanwhile, prepare a serving cup by adding 1 scoop of lychee popping balls.
- Then, pour the soda mixture into the serving cup.
- In a separate bowl, whisk 50ml of milk, 75ml of double cream, and 5 to 10g of vegan lychee powder for 2 to 5 minutes.
- Once the foam is thick enough to sit on top of the soda, pour a generous layer over it.
- Finally, seal the cup and it is ready to serve.
