Method

Vegan Lychee Milk Tea 

  1. To begin with, pour 200ml of hot water into a shaker cup to create the base.
  2. Following that, add 3 scoops of vegan lychee powder and 1 scoop of creamer, mixing well for a smooth texture.
  3. Moreover, stir in 1 to 2 ladles of sugar syrup for more sweetness.
  4. Afterwards, after combining the ingredients, use a long mixing spoon to stir thoroughly. After that, fill the cup with ice.
  5. Once the ice is added, shake the mixture for 5 to 7 seconds to blend everything evenly.
  6. Meanwhile, prepare a serving cup by adding 1 scoop of lychee popping balls.
  7. To finish, pour the milk tea into the serving cup, seal the cup, and it is ready to serve.

Vegan Lychee Soda

  1. To start, add 350ml of soda water to a shaker cup.
  2. Subsequently, pour in 60ml of lychee syrup and stir to mix.
  3. In addition, add 1 to 2 ladles of sugar syrup for additional sweetness.
  4. After that, use a long mixing spoon to combine the ingredients fully. Next, fill the cup with ice.
  5. Next, shake the mixture for 5 to 7 seconds to mix well.
  6. Meanwhile, prepare a serving cup by adding 1 scoop of lychee popping balls.
  7. Then, pour the soda mixture into the serving cup.
  8. In a separate bowl, whisk 50ml of milk, 75ml of double cream, and 5 to 10g of vegan lychee powder for 2 to 5 minutes.
  9. Once the foam is thick enough to sit on top of the soda, pour a generous layer over it.
  10. Finally, seal the cup and it is ready to serve.

  3. Furthermore, for extra sweetness, stir in 1 to 2 ladles of sugar syrup.
  4. After combining, stir thoroughly with a long mixing spoon. Then fill the cup with ice.
  5. Then, shake the mixture for 5 to 7 seconds to blend evenly.
  6. Meanwhile, prepare a serving cup by adding 1 scoop of lychee popping balls.
  7. After that, pour the fruit tea into the serving cup.
  8. In a seperate bowl, whisk 50ml of milk, 75ml of double cream, and 5 to 10g of vegan lychee powder for 2 to 5 minutes.
  9. Once the foam is thick enough to float on top of the fruit tea, pour a generous layer over it.
  10. To finish, seal the cup, and it is ready to serve.
