Ingredients
RECIPE 1: Matcha Cloud
For the drink:
- 200ml jasmine green tea
- 1 ladle cane sugar syrup
- 100ml milk
For the Matcha Cloud
- 1 scoop matcha powder
- 20ml hot water
- 1 ladle cane sugar syrup
- 40ml double cream
- pinch of salt
RECIPE 2: Wicked Matcha
For the drink:
- 200ml hot water
- 1 scoop matcha powder
- 3 scoops creamer
- 1 ladle cane sugar syrup
For the Pomegranate Cloud (for 5 servings):
- 300ml double cream
- 100ml milk
- 1-2 ladles pomegranate flavoured syrup
RECIPE 3: Mango Cloud
For the drink:
- ice
- mango chunks
- 200ml jasmine green tea
- 1 ladle cane sugar syrup
For the Cloud:
- double cream
- condensed milk
- splash of milk
- cream cheese
RECIPE 4: Blue Coconut Matcha Cloud
For the drink:
- 60ml coconut water
- 60ml coconut milk
- ice
- 60ml blue spirulina liquid (60ml hot water + pinch blue spirulina powder)
For the Matcha Cloud
- 1 scoop matcha powder
- 20ml hot water
- 1 ladle cane sugar syrup
- 40ml double cream
- pinch of salt
Method
Let's make 4 Bubble Tea Recipes inspired by HeyTea, made with our ingredients.
RECIPE 1: Matcha Cloud
- Brew 200ml hot jasmine green tea with 1 ladle of cane sugar syrup for 7min.
- Add ice to your serving cup and pour over the fresh tea and add 100ml milk.
- Finally, add the matcha cloud.
Matcha Cloud Prep:
- In a matcha bowl, whisk 20ml hot water with 1 scoop matcha powder and 1 ladle of cane sugar syrup
- Add 40ml double cream and a pinch of salt to the matcha, and whisk again
RECIPE 2: Wicked Matcha
- In a shaker, add 200ml hot water, 1 scoop matcha and 3 scoops creamer. Mix.
- If preferred, add 1 or 2 ladles of cane sugar syrup.
- Add ice and shake.
- In a serving cup, add the matcha liquid and the pomegranate cream foam.
- If preferred, dust some extra matcha powder on top before sealing.
Pomegranate Cream Foam Prep for 5 servings:
- Whisk 300ml double cream, 200ml milk and 1 ladle pomegranate flavoured syrup for 4 to 6 minutes.
RECIPE 3: Mango Cloud
- Brew 200ml Jasmine green tea with 1 ladle of cane sugar syrup for 7min.
- Add ice, mango chunks and 200ml fresh Jasmine green tea to a blender.
- To a serving cup, add some mango chunks, the mango smoothie and a layer of cloud.
Cloud Prep:
- Whisk heavy cream, condensed milk, a splash of fresh milk and cream cheese until your preferred consistency. The longer you whisk, the thicker the cloud will be.

RECIPE 4: Blue Coconut Matcha Cloud
- To a serving cup, add ice, 60ml coconut water and 60ml coconut milk.
- In a seperate bowl, mix 60ml of hot water with a pinch of blue spirulina powder. Once mixed, add to the serving cup.
- On top of the blue spirulina liquid, add a layer of matcha cloud (see recipe 1)
