Ingredients
RECIPE 1: Cherry Blossom Milk Tea
- 200ml Hot Water
- 3 scoops of Cherry Blossom Powder
- 1 scoop of Creamer
- 1 – 2 ladles of Sugar Syrup *optional
- 1 scoop of Tapioca Pearls
RECIPE 2: Cherry Blossom Matcha with Cherry Blossom Cream Foam
- 200ml Hot Water
- 3 scoops of Matcha Powder
- 1 scoop of Creamer
- 1 – 2 ladles of Sugar Syrup *optional
- 1 scoop of Tapioca Pearls
- For 5 servings of Cherry Blossom cream foam:
- 200ml milk
- 300ml whipped cream
- 20g cherry blossom powder
RECIPE 3: Cherry Blossom & Strawberry Milk Tea with Taro Cream Foam
- 200ml Hot Water
- 1.5 scoops Cherry Blossom Powder
- 1.5 scoops Strawberry Powder
- 1 scoop of Creamer
- 1 – 2 ladles of Sugar Syrup *optional
- 1 scoop of Tapioca Pearls
- For 5 servings of Taro cream foam:
- 200ml milk
- 300ml whipped cream
- 20g Taro powder
RECIPE 4: Lychee Fruit Tea with Cherry Blossom Cream Foam
- 200ml Jasmine Tea
- 4 ladles of Lychee Syrup
- 1 – 2 ladles of Sugar Syrup *optional
- 1 scoop of Lychee popping balls
- For 5 servings of Cherry Blossom cream foam:
- 200ml milk
- 300ml whipped cream
- 20g Cherry Blossom powder
Method
RECIPE 1: Cherry Blossom Milk Tea

- Add 200ml of hot water to a shaker cup.
- Add 3 scoops of Cherry Blossom powder and 1 of creamer.
- If you like more sweetness, add 1 to 2 ladles of sugar syrup.
- Stir the mixture with a long mixing spoon.
- Add ice into the shaker until the liquid reaches the 500ml line.
- Shake the mixture for 5–7 seconds.
- Take a serving cup and add 1 scoop of Tapioca pearls.
- Pour the milk tea into the serving cup.
- Seal the cup, and it’s ready to serve!
RECIPE 2: Cherry Blossom Matcha with Cherry Blossom Cream Foam

- Add 200ml of hot water to a shaker cup.
- Add 3 scoops of 2 in 1 Matcha powder and 1 of creamer.
- If you like more sweetness, add 1 to 2 ladles of sugar syrup.
- Stir the mixture with a long mixing spoon.
- Add ice into the shaker until the liquid reaches the 500ml line.
- Shake the mixture for 5–7 seconds.
- Take a serving cup and add 1 scoop of Tapioca pearls.
- Pour the milk tea into the serving cup.
- Whisk 50ml of milk, 75ml of double cream, and 5 to 10g of cherry blossom powder for 2 to 5min.
- Once you have tested that the cream foam is thick enough to lie ontop of your milk tea, pour a generous layer on top of your matcha milk tea.
- Seal the cup, and it’s ready to serve!
RECIPE 3: Cherry Blossom & Strawberry Milk Tea with Taro Cream Foam

- Add 60ml of Lychee syrup.
- If you like more sweetness, add 1 to 2 ladles of sugar syrup.
- Stir the mixture with a long mixing spoon.
- Add ice into the shaker until the liquid reaches the 500ml line.
- Shake the mixture for 5–7 seconds.
- Take a serving cup and add 1 scoop of Lychee popping balls.
- Pour fruit tea into the serving cup.
- Whisk 50ml of milk, 75ml of double cream, and 5 to 10g of cherry blossom powder for 2 to 5min.
- Once you have tested that the cream foam is thick enough to lie ontop of your milk tea, pour a generous layer on top of your fruit tea.
- Seal the cup, and it’s ready to serve!
