Method

Cherry Blossom Milk Tea

  1. To begin with, add 200ml of hot water to a shaker cup.
  2. Following that, add 3 scoops of cherry blossom powder and 1 scoop of creamer.
  3. Moreover, stir in 1 to 2 ladles of sugar syrup for extra sweetness.
  4. Afterwards, mix thoroughly with a long mixing spoon.
  5. Next, add ice into the shaker until the liquid reaches the 500ml line.
  6. Once the ice is added, shake the mixture for 5–7 seconds to blend evenly.
  7. Meanwhile, take a serving cup and add 1 scoop of tapioca pearls.
  8. Then, pour the milk tea into the serving cup.
  9. To finish, seal the cup, and it is ready to serve.

Cherry Blossom Matcha with Cherry Blossom Cream Foam

  3. Furthermore, stir in 1 to 2 ladles of sugar syrup for added sweetness.
  4. Afterwards, mix thoroughly with a long mixing spoon.
  5. Then, add ice into the shaker until the liquid reaches the 500ml line.
  6. Once the ice is in, shake the mixture for 5–7 seconds.
  7. Meanwhile, take a serving cup and add 1 scoop of tapioca pearls.
  8. Next, pour the milk tea into the serving cup.
  9. Subsequently, whisk 50ml of milk, 75ml of double cream, and 5 to 10g of cherry blossom powder for 2–5 minutes in a separate bowl.
  10. Once the foam is thick enough, pour a generous layer on top of the matcha milk tea.
  11. To finish, seal the cup, and it is ready to serve.
