Biscoff Speculoos Milk Tea
Make a Biscoff Speculoos milk tea with just a few ingredients. It’s quick to prep, consistent every time, and a drink customers recognise and love.
Ingredients
- melted Biscoff spread
- 1 scoop brown sugar tapioca pearls
- 200ml hot water
- 1.5 scoops vanilla powder
- 1.5 scoops mocha powder
- 1 scoop creamer
- FOR THE BISCOFF CREAM FOAM
- 30ml double cream
- 30ml milk
- 3 crushed Biscoff biscuits

Method
- In a shaker cup, mix hot water with vanilla powder, mocha powder and creamer.
- Add ice until the 500ml line and shake until chilled.
- Add melted Biscoff spread and brown sugar tapioca pearls to your serving cup, then pour over the milk tea.
- Finish with Biscoff cream foam and a Biscoff biscuit on top.
