- 1 scoop brown sugar tapioca pearls
- 200ml hot water
- 3 scoops taro powder
- 1 scoop creamer
- 1 ladle brown sugar syrup
- double shot espresso

Method
How to make a Brown Sugar Taro Latte:
- In a shaker cup, mix hot water with taro powder, creamer and brown sugar syrup.
- Add ice until the 500ml line. Then shake until chilled.
- Add brown sugar tapioca pearls to your serving cup, then pour over the taro milk tea.
- Then add a double shot of espresso.
