MILK TEA: Celebrate Easter with a posh Banana latte

Happy Easter! Let’s make a very colourful and delicious drink for you to enjoy solo, with family, friends, or anyone else.

Method

To prepare an Easter Bubble Tea (Chocolate Banana Milk Tea with Rose & Lychee Cream Foam):

  1. Add 200ml of hot water to a shaker cup.
  2. Add 3 scoops of banana powder and 1 scoop of creamer. You can add 1 to 2 ladles of sugar syrup if you want to add more sweetness.
  3. Stir the mixture with a long mixing spoon until all ingredients are well mixed.
  4. Add ice into the shaker until the liquid reaches the 500ml line.
  5. Shake the mixture for 5–7 seconds.
  6. Take a serving cup and add 1 scoop of tapioca pearls.
  7. Pour the Easter drink over the pearls.
  8. Top with a generous amount of rose & lychee cream foam.
  9. Drizzle melted pistachio chocolate on top and add some Easter chocolate decorations (e.e. mini eggs).
  10. It’s ready to serve!
