MILK TEA: Celebrate Easter with a posh Banana latte
Happy Easter! Let’s make a very colourful and delicious drink for you to enjoy solo, with family, friends, or anyone else.
Ingredients
For 1 serving:
- 200ml Hot Water
- 3 scoops Banana Flavoured Powder
- 1 scoop Creamer
- Melted Pistachio Chocolate
- Easter chocolate decoration, we used mini eggs
- 1 scoop of Tapioca Pearls
- Ice
For the rose & lychee cream foam (1 serving):
- 4g of Cream Foam Powder – Rose & Lychee Flavour
- 60ml of double cream
- 40ml of milk
Method
To prepare an Easter Bubble Tea (Chocolate Banana Milk Tea with Rose & Lychee Cream Foam):
- Add 200ml of hot water to a shaker cup.
- Add 3 scoops of banana powder and 1 scoop of creamer. You can add 1 to 2 ladles of sugar syrup if you want to add more sweetness.
- Stir the mixture with a long mixing spoon until all ingredients are well mixed.
- Add ice into the shaker until the liquid reaches the 500ml line.
- Shake the mixture for 5–7 seconds.
- Take a serving cup and add 1 scoop of tapioca pearls.
- Pour the Easter drink over the pearls.
- Top with a generous amount of rose & lychee cream foam.
- Drizzle melted pistachio chocolate on top and add some Easter chocolate decorations (e.e. mini eggs).
- It’s ready to serve!
