Ingredients
- 200ml hot light oolong tea
- 3 ladles pear syrup
- 1 to 2 ladles fructose
- Ice
- 1 scoop lychee coconut jelly

Method
How to make Pear Fruit Tea:
- Add 200ml of hot light oolong tea to a shaker cup.
- Add 3 ladles of pear syrup.
- Add 1 to 2 ladles of fructose if you prefer it sweet.
- Stir the mixture with a long mixing spoon.
- Add ice into the shaker until the liquid reaches the 500 ml line.
- Shake the mixture for 5–7 seconds.
- Take a serving cup and add lychee coconut jelly.
- Pour the fruit tea into the serving cup.
- Seal the cup, and it’s ready to serve!
