FRUIT TEA: Rose

Method

How to make Rose Fruit Tea:

  1. Add 200ml of hot light oolong tea to a shaker cup.
  2. Add 3 ladles of rose syrup.
  3. Add 15 to 30ml of fructose if you prefer it sweet.
  4. Stir the mixture with a long mixing spoon.
  5. Add ice into the shaker until the liquid reaches the 500ml line.
  6. Shake the mixture for 5–7 seconds.
  7. Take a serving cup and add lychee coconut jelly.
  8. Pour the fruit tea into the serving cup.
  9. Seal the cup, and it’s ready to serve!
