Gingerbread Latte
It’s officially Holiday season! The perfect drink to start the season is a Gingerbread Latte.
Ingredients
- 1 cup of milk or 3 scoops creamer to 200ml hot water
- 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 2 teaspoons brown sugar
- Ice (skip if preferred hot)
- Double shot espresso
- Whipped cream
- Brown sugar syrup
- Gingerbread

Method
How to make a Gingerbread Latte:
- Add 1 cup of milk, 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger, 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon and 2 teaspoons brown sugar to a pan on medium heat.
- Once simmered enough, add to a serving cup filled with ice, or leave the ice if preferred hot.
- To the milk, add a double shot espresso
- Finish of with some whipped cream, a drizzle of brown sugar syrup and a gingerbread
