Gingerbread Latte

It’s officially Holiday season! The perfect drink to start the season is a Gingerbread Latte.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup of milk or 3 scoops creamer to 200ml hot water
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 2 teaspoons brown sugar
  • Ice (skip if preferred hot)
  • Double shot espresso
  • Whipped cream
  • Brown sugar syrup
  • Gingerbread

Method

How to make a Gingerbread Latte:

  • Add 1 cup of milk, 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger, 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon and 2 teaspoons brown sugar to a pan on medium heat.
  • Once simmered enough, add to a serving cup filled with ice, or leave the ice if preferred hot.
  • To the milk, add a double shot espresso
  • Finish of with some whipped cream, a drizzle of brown sugar syrup and a gingerbread
