- 5g summer blue iced tea powder
- 300ml hot water
- 5g twilight gradient colour beverage powder
- 1/2 scoop (25g) lychee popping bobas
- 1/2 scoop (25g) original coconut jellies
- ice

Method
How to make a gradient bubble tea:
- In a shaker cup, mix 45g of summer blue iced tea powder with 200ml hot water with a long mixing spoon.
- In a separate bowl, mix 5g of twilight gradient colour beverage powder with 100ml hot water.
- Take a serving cup and add lychee popping bobas and original coconut jellies.
- Pour over the summer blue iced tea liquid and add ice.
- On top of the ice, pour the gradient liquid to create the beautiful purple gradient.
- Seal the cup, and it’s ready to serve!
