Hibiscus Bubble Tea with Diced Mango

A simple hibiscus bubble tea with diced mango and mango coconut jellies. Easy to drink, refreshing, and not overly sugary.

Method

How to make Hibiscus Bubble Tea with diced mango:

  1. Add 200ml of Taiwan green tea to a shaker cup.
  2. Add 3 ladles of hibiscus syrup and 1 ladle of diced mango.
  3. Add 1 to 2 ladles of fructose if you prefer it sweet.
  4. Stir the mixture with a long mixing spoon.
  5. Add ice into the shaker until the liquid reaches the 500ml line.
  6. Shake the mixture for 5–7 seconds.
  7. Take a serving cup and add star shaped mango coconut jelly.
  8. Pour the hibiscus bubble tea in, seal the cup, and it’s ready to serve!
