Hibiscus Bubble Tea with Diced Mango
A simple hibiscus bubble tea with diced mango and mango coconut jellies. Easy to drink, refreshing, and not overly sugary.
Ingredients
- 200ml Taiwan green tea
- 3 ladles hibiscus syrup
- 1 ladle diced mango
- 1 to 2 ladles fructose
- Ice
- 1 scoop star shaped mango coconut jelly

Method
How to make Hibiscus Bubble Tea with diced mango:
- Add 200ml of Taiwan green tea to a shaker cup.
- Add 3 ladles of hibiscus syrup and 1 ladle of diced mango.
- Add 1 to 2 ladles of fructose if you prefer it sweet.
- Stir the mixture with a long mixing spoon.
- Add ice into the shaker until the liquid reaches the 500ml line.
- Shake the mixture for 5–7 seconds.
- Take a serving cup and add star shaped mango coconut jelly.
- Pour the hibiscus bubble tea in, seal the cup, and it’s ready to serve!
