Hot vs Iced Flavoured Milk Tea
Each flavoured milk tea can be enjoyed iced or hot, and the same simple rule applies: replace the ice with hot water for a perfectly balanced warm drink.
Ingredients
For flavoured milk teas, the process is simple whether you want it iced or hot. For an iced drink, mix 200ml hot water with your milk powder and flavouring, then cool it down with 200g ice. To make it hot, just replace the ice with 200ml extra hot water and serve immediately. The key is that the total liquid stays the same, so the flavour stays balanced every time.
