How can you properly use Invert Sugar Syrup in bubble teas? Short answer: just like any other sweetner.

What kind of bubble teas can we prepare with Invert Sugar Syrup? Simple. Literally anything. It even goes beyond bubble tea.

The name “invert sugar syrup”, it really wellknown in the baking industry.

It’s known for it’s liquidity, even more than fructose or cane sugar, making mixing in any setting (hot or cold, syrups or powders) easier.

This syrup is produced in Europe and therefore comes with longer shelf life and a better price than our Taiwanese sugar syrups.

Method

Just like any other sweetner, you use standard measuring metrics:

  • 100% sugar = 2 ladles = 30ml
  • 75% sugar = 1.5 ladle = 22ml
  • 50% sugar = 1 ladle = 15ml
  • 50% sugar = 0.5 ladle = 7ml

Add the syrup during the mixing process to any type of bubble tea, hot or cold.
