Iced Mocha with Coffee Jelly

Ingredients

Method

  1. Add 200ml of hot water to a shaker cup.
  2. Add 1 scoop of creamer and 3 scoops of mocha powder to the hot water.
  3. Then add 1 ladle of fructose.
  4. Stir the ingredients together with a long mixing spoon until the powders and fructose are fully mixed.
  5. Add ice into the shaker until the liquid reaches the 500 ml line.
  6. Shake the mixture for 5–7 seconds.
  7. Add 1 scoop of coffee jelly to the bottom of a serving cup.
  8. Pour the mocha tea into the serving cup.
  9. Seal the cup, and it’s ready to drink!
