Lemon Bubble Tea with Diced Dragon Fruit
A lemon bubble tea with dragon fruit pieces. Light, tangy and easy to drink.
Ingredients
- 200ml Taiwan green tea
- 2 ladles lemon syrup
- 2 ladles diced dragon fruit
- 1 to 2 ladles fructose
- Ice
- 1 scoop star shaped mango coconut jelly

Method
How to make Lemon Bubble Tea with diced dragon fruit:
- Add 200ml of Taiwan green tea to a shaker cup.
- Add 2 ladles of lemon syrup and 2 ladles of diced dragon fruit.
- Add 1 to 2 ladles of fructose if you prefer it sweet.
- Stir the mixture with a long mixing spoon.
- Add ice into the shaker until the liquid reaches the 500ml line.
- Shake the mixture for 5–7 seconds.
- Take a serving cup and add star shaped mango coconut jelly.
- Pour the lemon bubble tea in, seal the cup, and it’s ready to serve!
