MILK TEA: Mid-Autumn with a Caramel Dark Roasted Oolong Tea

Ingredients
- 200ml dark roasted oolong tea
- 30ml fructose
- 200ml fresh milk

- caramel pudding powder
- hot water
- fresh whipped cream

Method
How to make a Caramel Dark Roasted Oolong Tea:
- Add 200ml of hot dark roasted tea to a shaker cup.
- Add 30ml of fructose and 200ml of fresh milk.
- Stir the mixture with a long mixing spoon.
- Add ice into the shaker until the liquid reaches the 500ml line.
- Shake the mixture for 5–7 seconds.
- Take a serving cup and add caramel pudding.
- Pour the milk tea into the serving cup.
- Add fresh whipped cream on top.
- Seal the cup, and it’s ready to serve!
