MILK TEA: Non-Dairy Mango Matcha
Intolerances don’t have to stop you from anything delicious! Try this stunning non-dairy mango matcha recipe.
Ingredients
- 200ml Hot Water
- 1 scoop of Matcha Powder
- 3 scoops of Creamer
- 1 – 2 ladles of Sugar Syrup *optional
- 1 – 2 ladles of Mango Jam
- 1 scoop of Tapioca Pearls

- Add 200ml of hot water to a shaker cup.
- Add 1 scoop of matcha powder and 3 scoops of creamer
- If you like more sweetness, add 1 to 2 ladles of sugar syrup.
- Stir the mixture with a long mixing spoon.
- Add ice into the shaker until the liquid reaches the 500ml line.
- Shake the mixture for 5–7 seconds.
- Smear the sides of a serving cup with mango jam.
- Add 1 scoop of tapioca pearls.
- Pour in the matcha milk tea.
- Seal the cup, and it’s ready to serve!
