Method

How to make Passion Fruit Bubble Tea with diced dragon fruit and passion fruit pulp:

  1. Add 200ml of light oolong tea to a shaker cup.
  2. Add 1 ladle of passion fruit syrup, 1 ladle of diced dragon fruit and 1 ladle of passion fruit pulp.
  3. Add 1 to 2 ladles of fructose if you prefer it sweet.
  4. Stir the mixture with a long mixing spoon.
  5. Add ice into the shaker until the liquid reaches the 500 ml line.
  6. Shake the mixture for 5–7 seconds.
  7. Take a serving cup and add 1 scoop of passion fruit popping boba.
  8. Pour the passion fruit bubble tea in, seal the cup, and it’s ready to serve!
