FRUIT TEA: Passion Fruit Tea with Passion Fruit Pulp

Method

How to make Passion Fruit Tea with Passion Fruit Pulp:

  1. Add 200ml of hot light oolong tea to a shaker cup.
  2. Add 3 ladles of passion fruit syrup.
  3. Add 1 ladle of passion fruit pulp.
  4. Add 1 to 2 ladles of fructose if you prefer it sweet.
  5. Stir the mixture with a long mixing spoon.
  6. Add ice into the shaker until the liquid reaches the 500ml line.
  7. Shake the mixture for 5–7 seconds.
  8. Take a serving cup and add original coconut jelly and white tapioca.
  9. Pour the fruit tea into the serving cup.
  10. Seal the cup, and it’s ready to serve!
