A latte topped with tiramisu cream foam, rich and comforting, perfect whether you like it hot or cold.

Ingredients

  • hot instant coffee
  • brown sugar
  • ice (skip if preferred hot)
  • milk (or 1.5 scoops of creamer mixed with 100ml of hot water)

FOR THE TIRAMISU CREAM FOAM

Feel free to add chocolate popping balls or tapioca pearls.

  • Froth hot instant coffee and brown sugar until completely mixed. The longer you froth, the more airy it becomes.
  • Add ice (or skip if preferred hot) and milk.
  • Add a layer of tiramisu cream foam.
