Valentine’s Day Bubble Tea

Celebrate love this Valentine’s Day with our delicious Strawberry Milk Tea topped with Chocolate Cream Foam. A sip of romance in every cup!

To prepare strawberry milk tea:

  1. Add 200ml of hot water to a shaker cup.
  2. Add 3 scoops of strawberry powder and 1 scoop of creamer.
  3. Stir the mixture with a long mixing spoon until all ingredients are well mixed.
  4. Add ice into the shaker until the liquid reaches the 500ml line.
  5. Shake the mixture for 5–7 seconds.
  6. Smear the sides of a serving cup with strawberry jam.
  7. Add 1 scoop of tapioca pearls.
  8. Pour the strawberry milk tea into the serving cup.
  9. Top with a generous amount of chocolate cream foam.
  10. Top it off with some more chocolate decorations if you like!
  11. Seal the cup, and it’s ready to drink!
