
Valentine’s Day Bubble Tea
Celebrate love this Valentine’s Day with our delicious Strawberry Milk Tea topped with Chocolate Cream Foam. A sip of romance in every cup!
Ingredients
- 200ml hot water
- 1 scoop creamer
- 3 scoops strawberry powder
- 1 ladle of strawberry jam
- 1 scoop of tapioca pearls
- 4g of Cream Foam Powder – Chocolate Flavour
- 60ml of double cream
- 40ml of milk
- Chocolate decoration *optional
- Ice
Method

To prepare strawberry milk tea:
- Add 200ml of hot water to a shaker cup.
- Add 3 scoops of strawberry powder and 1 scoop of creamer.
- Stir the mixture with a long mixing spoon until all ingredients are well mixed.
- Add ice into the shaker until the liquid reaches the 500ml line.
- Shake the mixture for 5–7 seconds.
- Smear the sides of a serving cup with strawberry jam.
- Add 1 scoop of tapioca pearls.
- Pour the strawberry milk tea into the serving cup.
- Top with a generous amount of chocolate cream foam.
- Top it off with some more chocolate decorations if you like!
- Seal the cup, and it’s ready to drink!
