- For Fruit Tea: 1g tea leaves to 40ml water
- For Milk Tea: 1g tea leaves to 30ml water
Instructions:
- Boil water in a kettle or a pot (check the ratio for how much)
- Pour the boiled water into a container
- Add your tea leaves
- Let the tea brew for 7-8 minutes
- Strain the tea, and be careful not to press on the leaves
- Then store it in a thermal insulated container and use within 4-6 hours
Assembling Your Jasmine Bubble Tea

Instructions:
- Pour 200ml of your freshly brewed jasmine tea into a cocktail shaker
