A Taste of Taiwan, Freshly Made in London

Pineapple cakes are a classic in Taiwan. People grow up eating them, either as a snack or something to bring as a gift. We’ve taken that idea and made it our own, using proper ingredients from the UK and really good pineapples sourced straight from Taiwan. Everything is baked fresh in London.

Taiwan grows over 90 types of pineapple. In 2024 alone, they had more than 7,200 hectares of it. That’s around 17,750 football pitches. The climate there makes the fruit properly sweet and tangy. It’s something special. We’ve picked one of the best varieties for our cakes because it actually tastes like pineapple, not just sugar.

Now that pineapple is going into something new here in the UK. A bit of Taiwanese heritage, made for today.
