Handling & Preparation
Directions for Use
Boil 4000cc of water, add winter melon sugar, and simmer over low heat for 10 minutes to make winter melon tea. The amount of water can be adjusted to taste. (Adding an appropriate amount of longan meat while cooking enhances the flavor).
