Description

How to use:

  1. Mix 100 g powder with 80 g water to form a slurry.
  2. Add about 10 g edible oil and stir well (optional, for better results).
  3. Add the cut chicken pieces and coat them evenly with the slurry.
  4. Let the coated chicken stand for 30 minutes.
  5. Heat oil to 170–175°C.
  6. Fry the chicken for 2–3 minutes, then remove and drain.
  7. Increase the oil temperature.
  8. Fry the chicken a second time until golden and crispy.

Handling & Preparation


Directions for Use

Dissolve 1 part meat marinade powder in 10 parts water, and add a small amount of rice wine to the container, stirring until the meat marinade powder is completely dissolved. Place 5kg of meat in the marinade and refrigerate for approximately 6 hours. 600g of meat marinade powder can marinate 5kg of meat. Once opened, refrigerate and use within 2 months.
