Description

How to use:

  1. Mix 100 g powder with 80 g water to form a slurry.
  2. Add about 10 g edible oil and stir well (optional, for better results).
  3. Add the cut chicken pieces and coat them evenly with the slurry.
  4. Let the coated chicken stand for 30 minutes.
  5. Heat oil to 170–175°C.
  6. Fry the chicken for 2–3 minutes, then remove and drain.
  7. Increase the oil temperature.
  8. Fry the chicken a second time until golden and crispy.
