Handling & Preparation

Directions for Use

1. Soak one pack of rice noodle in water for about 10 minutes, then drain.
2. Stir-fry your preferred ingredients until fragrant, season to taste, then add 350 ml of water and bring to the boil. Add 1 teaspoon of black vinegar, then add the soaked rice vermicelli and mix well. Reduce to a low heat, cover and simmer briefly. Stir-fry until the water has been absorbed.
