3 Coffee Recipes Ideal For Back-To-School Season
Back-to-school season is around the corner. Make the coffee section of your menu kickass by adding these 3 simple recipes.
Ingredients
Caramel Pudding & Creamy Snow Cream Foam
Coffee Cream Foam
- 20g loose coffee
- 150 brown sugar
- 200ml hot water
RECIPE 1: Coffee Cream Iced Latte
- 30-90ml coffee cream foam
- 15-30ml creamy snow cream foam
- 12g mocha powder
RECIPE 2: Iced Caramel Latte with Caramel Pudding
- 1-2 tsp. caramel syrup
- 1-2 tsp. vanilla syrup
- 15-30ml caramel pudding
- 2 shots coffee
- milk
- coffee cream (read above how to prepare)
RECIPE 3: Cold Brew Coffee with Cream Foam
- 300-400ml cold brew coffee
- 15-30ml creamy snow cream foam
Method
Caramel Pudding (ca. 2min + 2hrs cooling) & Creamy Snow Cream Foam (ca. 5min)

Coffee Cream Foam (ca. 6min)
- Add loose coffee, brown sugar and hot water to a bowl.
- Start whisking on high speed for 4 to 8 minutes.
- Once the consistency becomes thick and stiff, the foam is ready.
RECIPE 1: Coffee Cream Iced Latte (ca. 1min)
- Add the freshly prepared coffee cream foam in a serving cup.
- Add creamy snow cream foam on top of the cream foam.
- Sprinkle the mocha powder on top.
*optional: add tapîoca pearls, coffee popping balls or coffee coconut jelly

RECIPE 2: Iced Caramel Latte with Caramel Pudding (ca. 3min)
- Take a serving cup and add ice, caramel syrup and vanilla syrup.
- Carve up the freshly prepared caramel pudding and add it ontop of the syrups.
- Pour over shots of coffee.
- Add milk, however much you prefer.
- Add a layer of coffee cream (read above how to prepare).
*optional: add non-dairy milk and/or brown sugar tapioca pearls
