Method

1. Coffee Cream Iced Latte (ca. 1min)

*optional: add tapîoca pearls, coffee popping balls or coffee coconut jelly

Coffee Cream Foam (ca. 6min)

  • Add loose coffee, brown sugar and hot water to a bowl.
  • Start whisking on high speed for 4 to 8 minutes.
  • Once the consistency becomes thick and stiff, the foam is ready.

2. Iced Caramel Latte with Caramel Pudding (ca. 3min)

  • Take a serving cup and add ice, caramel syrup and vanilla syrup.
  • Carve up the freshly prepared caramel pudding and add it ontop of the syrups.
  • Pour over shots of coffee.
  • Add milk, however much you prefer.
  • Add a layer of coffee cream (read above how to prepare).
