3 Recipes, using our NEW VEGAN Yogurt Powder
We have a new powder: Vegan Yogurt! Not sure how to use it? Take a look at these 3 recipes to give you some ideas.
Ingredients
RECIPE 1: Vegan Yogurt Milk Tea
- 200ml Hot Water
- 3 scoops of Vegan Yogurt Powder
- 1 scoop of Creamer
- 1 – 2 ladles of Sugar Syrup *optional
- 1 scoop of Tapioca Pearls
RECIPE 2: Vegan Yogurt Strawberry Milk Tea with Yogurt Cream Foam
- 200ml Hot Water
- 1.5 scoops Vegan Yogurt Powder
- 1.5 scoops Vegan Strawberry Powder
- 1 scoop of Creamer
- 1 – 2 ladles of Sugar Syrup *optional
- 1 scoop of Tapioca Pearls
- For 5 servings of Vegan Yogurt cream foam:
- 200ml milk
- 300ml whipped cream
- 20g Vegan Yogurt Powder
RECIPE 3: Vegan Rose Fruit Tea with Yogurt Cream Foam
- 200ml Jasmine Tea
- 4 ladles of Rose Syrup
- 1 – 2 ladles of Sugar Syrup *optional
- 1 scoop of Lychee popping balls
- For 5 servings of Vegan Yogurt cream foam:
- 200ml milk
- 300ml whipped cream
- 20g Vegan Yogurt Powder
Method
RECIPE 1: Vegan Yogurt Milk Tea
- Add 200ml of hot water to a shaker cup.
- Add 3 scoops of vegan yogurt powder and 1 of creamer.
- If you like more sweetness, add 1 to 2 ladles of sugar syrup.
- Stir the mixture with a long mixing spoon.
- Add ice into the shaker until the liquid reaches the 500ml line.
- Shake the mixture for 5β7 seconds.
- Take a serving cup and add 1 scoop of Tapioca pearls.
- Pour the milk tea into the serving cup.
- Seal the cup, and itβs ready to serve!

RECIPE 2: Vegan Yogurt Strawberry Milk Tea with Yogurt Cream Foam
- Add 200ml of hot water to a shaker cup.
- Add 1.5 scoops of vegan yogurt powder, 1.5 scoops of vegan strawberry powder, and 1 of creamer.
- If you like more sweetness, add 1 to 2 ladles of sugar syrup.
- Stir the mixture with a long mixing spoon.
- Add ice into the shaker until the liquid reaches the 500ml line.
- Shake the mixture for 5β7 seconds.
- Take a serving cup and add 1 scoop of Tapioca pearls.
- Pour the milk tea into the serving cup.
- Whisk 50ml of milk, 75ml of double cream, and 5 to 10g of vegan yogurt powder for 2 to 5min.
- Once you have tested that the cream foam is thick enough to lie ontop of your milk tea, pour a generous layer on top of your milk tea.
- Seal the cup, and itβs ready to serve!

- Add 60ml of Rose syrup.
- If you like more sweetness, add 1 to 2 ladles of sugar syrup.
- Stir the mixture with a long mixing spoon.
- Add ice into the shaker until the liquid reaches the 500ml line.
- Shake the mixture for 5β7 seconds.
- Take a serving cup and add 1 scoop of Lychee popping balls.
- Pour fruit tea into the serving cup.
- Whisk 50ml of milk, 75ml of double cream, and 5 to 10g of vegan yogurt powder for 2 to 5min.
- Once you have tested that the cream foam is thick enough to lie ontop of your milk tea, pour a generous layer on top of your fruit tea.
- Seal the cup, and itβs ready to serve!
