FRUIT TEA: Lychee Rose

For any fruit tea lover, this is a classic. The neutral, yet soft sweet taste of lychee paired with beautiful rose. A must-try, especially for bubble tea beginners!

  1. Add 200ml of hot jasmine green tea to a shaker cup.
  2. Add 2 ladles of lychee and 2 of rose syrup.
  3. If you like more sweetness, add 1 to 2 ladles of sugar syrup.
  4. Stir the mixture with a long mixing spoon.
  5. Add ice into the shaker until the liquid reaches the 500ml line.
  6. Shake the mixture for 5–7 seconds.
  7. Take a serving cup and add 1 scoop of lychee popping balls and 1 of lychee coconut jelly.
  8. Pour the fruit tea in.
  9. Seal the cup, and it’s ready to serve!
