How To Make Jasmine Bubble Tea

What is Jasmine Green Tea?

Research tells us that jasmine green tea is green tea that’s been flavoured with the scent of jasmine flowers. Tea makers layer fresh jasmine blossoms with green tea leaves so the leaves absorb the floral aroma, then remove the flowers and repeat the process several times. This careful method gives the tea its delicate, fragrant scent and light, refreshing taste.

When you drink it, you’ll notice a bright floral aroma up front, followed by the gentle, slightly grassy flavour of the green tea underneath. It’s smooth and refreshing, and the floral notes make it feel more lively than plain green tea.

On top of tasting great, jasmine green tea also offers health benefits. Because it’s based on green tea, it’s packed with antioxidants and compounds like catechins, which can help your body fight inflammation, support heart health, and even aid metabolism.

People enjoy jasmine green tea in lots of ways: you can sip it hot to relax, brew it cold for a refreshing iced tea, or even use it in lattes or desserts to add a gentle floral note. Overall, it’s a versatile tea that combines great taste, aroma, and potential health perks.
