Cooking Instructions:

  1. Mix 50 g of omelette powder with 125 g of water and stir until smooth.
  2. Preheat a flat bottom pan over medium heat and add 1 tablespoon of oil. Add about 10 to 12 fresh oysters and fry until they are about 70% cooked.
  3. Pour the batter into the pan and spread it evenly into a round shape. Cook until the edges turn crispy and golden brown.
  4. Add eggs and greens. Once the greens are cooked, flip the omelette and continue frying for about 2 minutes.
  5. Open the sauce packet and drizzle it over the omelette before serving.

Helpful tip: Fresh oysters can be replaced with other seafood, and the choice of greens can be adjusted to suit your personal taste.
