Ready to use
How to use:
1. Blanch the pork belly.
2. Place the pork belly (or your favourite ingredients) and a spice pouch into a pot.
3. Add water to fully cover the ingredients and the spice pouch.
4. Bring to a boil over high heat, then reduce to low heat and stew for about 1.5 to 2 hours.
5. Let it cool down, then slice the pork belly to enhance the flavour before serving.
