3 Energy Bubble Teas Ideal For Back-To-School Season
Back-to-school season can use some extra energy. Make the energy drink section of your menu kickass by adding these 3 simple recipes.
Ingredients
Red Bull Bubble Tea
- 1 can Red Bull
- 30ml Peach Syrup
- 1 scoop Lychee Popping Balls
Cola Bubble Tea
- 1 can Cola
- 30ml Lemon and Kumquat Syrup
- 1 scoop Lemon Popping Balls
- 1 scoop Cola Popping Balls
Coffee Cream iced Latte
- 40-80ml Coffee Cream
- 5g Loose Coffee
- 37.5g Brown Sugar
- 50ml Hot Water
- 50-200ml Milk
Method
Look below for three Bubble Tea Energy Drinks
Red Bull Bubble Tea (ca. 1min)
- Add Red Bull over a serving cup with ice.
- Add Peach Syrup and Lychee Popping Balls.
*optional: add a second flavoured syrup or popping balls/coconut jellies.

Cola Bubble Tea (ca. 1min)
- Add Cola to a serving cup with ice.
- Lemon and Kumquat Syrup, Lemon Popping Balls and Cola Popping Balls.
*optional: add a second flavoured syrup or popping balls/coconut jellies.
Coffee Cream iced Latte (ca. 10min)
- Add loose coffee, brown sugar and hot water into a bowl and mix with a hand whisker for 4 to 8min.
- Once the coffee cream stiffened up, add it to a serving cup with ice.
- Pour over a milk type of your choice, however much you like.
*optional: add tapioca pearls, coffee popping balls, coffee coconut jelly and/or caramel pudding.
