This one’s got a bit of a kick. We’ve taken our classic fermented tofu and blended it with spicy Doubanjiang to create a bold, aromatic flavour that’s just the right amount of heat. It's not overpowering, but enough to wake up your taste buds. It’s brilliant with hot pot, ginger duck, or any rich meat dish. Or, try it stir-fried with water spinach or bamboo shoots. Full of depth, full of character, and yes, it’s suitable for vegetarians too.
