Online Order Deliveries

Our standard ordering method, via our online website, is super efficient and straightforward. Add the desired items to your cart, checkout, and your order will be delivered within 1-3 working days (once processed). This is the ideal way of ordering supplies in smaller quantities, or for emergency replenishments.

Trade Customer Deliveries

As a trade customer with Taipec, you have access to special discounts on all of our items. This is the logical step for a bubble tea store to take when growing their business and looking to order in higher quantities. Not only do you gain access to price savings, but you will be paired with one of our expert account managers. Our account management team is on hand to provide advice for any customer needs, from suggested ordering quantities to menu recommendations, we have you covered!

Outside of London

The delivery schedule for trade orders is different from our online ordering system. Trade customers outside of London will receive their orders, usually via Palletways service, within 3-5 working days. With bulk orders, we recommend buying stock to last you for a longer while. As such, it is smart to plan these orders in advance based on when you know you will need restocking. Many of our clients have a routine weekly or monthly restock. Of course, things can change quickly in the bubble tea world, and sometimes you may need stock quicker. As mentioned earlier, any unexpected emergency order needs can be fulfilled quickly through our online ordering process, or by visiting one of our in-store Taipec stockists!

Inside of London 

For trade customers in London, delivery looks a little different. In London, we have a set delivery schedule, assigning each region a specific delivery day from Monday to Friday. Once you set up a trade account with us, we will inform you of your weekly delivery day. As long as you order before 11am the day before your delivery slot, you will receive your goods on time! This system allows you to plan your orders, knowing they will be coming on a specific day each week.

Once you've submitted it, a member of our team will reach out to help set up your account. Please note, to qualify for a trade account, you must be able to meet our minimum order quantity of £250+ within London, or £500+ outside of London. As such, we always recommend this step to store owners looking to start ordering in larger quantities, and with adequate storage capacity in-store.
