Handling & Preparation


Directions for Use

Boil 4 litres of water, add winter melon sugar, and simmer over low heat for 10 minutes to make winter melon tea. The amount of water can be adjusted to taste. (Adding an appropriate amount of longan fruit while cooking enhances the flavour). Once opened, refrigerate and use within 30 days.


Storage Instructions

Store in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight.
