How To Prepare Quick-Cook Tapioca Pearls

- Freshly boiled water
- Quick Cook Tapioca Pearls
- Brown Sugar
Suggested to use with milk teas
Method
Equipment:
- Large Pan with a lid
- Colander or a Sieve
- Bowl
Suggested Serving Size: 50g cooked pearls per 500ml drink
Instructions:
- Boil water in a Large Pan
- Add Tapioca Pearls to the pan at a ratio of 1g:6ml, make sure you regularly stir
- Once the Tapioca Pearls starts floating reduce to medium heat and let it cook for 5 minutes. Stir the balls occasionally to prevent sticking to the pot and to each other.
- Take the pan off the heat put the lid on and let it rest for 5 minutes
- Strain the Tapioca with a sieve and rinse them with cold water
- Soak the Tapioca in a bowl with syrup
The cooked tapioca balls are suggested to be consumed within 4-6 hours.
