How To Brew Black Tea

Method

Suggested Ratios;

Dark Roasted Oolong Tea / Top Earl Grey Black Tea:

For Pure Tea: 1g tea leaves to 40ml water

For Milk Tea: 1g tea leaves to 30ml water

Assam Black Teas / Light Oolong Tea:

1g tea leaves to 30ml water

Instructions:

  1. Boil water in a kettle or a pot (check the ratio for how much)
  2. Pour the boiled water into a container (preferably a Tea dispenser)
  3. Add your tea leaves
  4. Let the tea brew for 15-20 minutes
  5. Strain the tea, and be careful not to press on the leaves
  6. Then store it in a thermal insulated container and use within 4-6 hours
