How To Brew Black Tea

Ingredients
- Black tea (Dark Roasted Oolong, Top Earl Grey, Assam, Light Oolong)
- Boiled water
Suggested to use with milk teas
Method
Suggested Ratios;
Dark Roasted Oolong Tea / Top Earl Grey Black Tea:
For Pure Tea: 1g tea leaves to 40ml water
For Milk Tea: 1g tea leaves to 30ml water
Assam Black Teas / Light Oolong Tea:
1g tea leaves to 30ml water
Instructions:
- Boil water in a kettle or a pot (check the ratio for how much)
- Pour the boiled water into a container (preferably a Tea dispenser)
- Add your tea leaves
- Let the tea brew for 15-20 minutes
- Strain the tea, and be careful not to press on the leaves
- Then store it in a thermal insulated container and use within 4-6 hours
